Last updated: 16 October 2026

These Website Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Voraty's website and the limits of the information provided here. They are separate from the terms of any commercial product or service you may choose to purchase.

01

Who we are

The website at voraty.co.uk is operated by Voraty Ltd (“Voraty”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.
Contact: jamie@voraty.co.uk.

These terms apply to your use of our public website. They do not, by themselves, form the contract for any payment processing, EPOS, utility, telecommunications or finance product.

02

Accepting these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Website Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website from its publication date.

03

Information on this website

We aim to keep the information on our website clear and accurate. However, content is provided for general information and may not reflect every product, provider, tariff, fee, eligibility criterion or contractual condition available at a particular time.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, a guaranteed quotation or a promise that a particular service will be available or suitable for your business. You should review any provider's full terms and documents before making a decision.

04

Services, introductions and referrals

Voraty helps businesses explore commercial solutions, including card payments and EPOS, business utilities, telecoms and business finance. Depending on the enquiry, we may introduce you to or work with third-party providers.

Any product or service you obtain from a third party will be subject to that provider's own application process, assessment, pricing, contract terms and policies. We cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, savings, service levels or commercial outcomes.

Where finance or another regulated service is involved, the identity and regulatory status of the relevant provider or intermediary, and any required disclosures, should be confirmed before you enter into an agreement. Nothing on this website should be treated as personalised financial, legal or tax advice.

05

Enquiries and information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, request a call or contact us through WhatsApp, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share.

Sending an enquiry does not oblige you to buy a product or oblige Voraty or a third-party provider to supply one. We may contact you to respond to your request and, where relevant, discuss suitable options. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

06

Acceptable use

You must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to compromise its security, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information in an abusive manner, impersonate another person or submit fraudulent or misleading enquiries.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other visitors or our business.

07

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the text, graphics, branding, design and other materials on this website are owned by Voraty Ltd or used with permission. They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal business reference. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or commercially exploit website materials without prior written permission, except where the law permits.

09

Website availability and security

We aim to keep the website available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that it will always be free from errors or vulnerabilities. We may suspend, withdraw or change parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

You are responsible for using suitable security measures and up-to-date software when accessing the website.

10

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, temporary unavailability of the website, or the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers. These website terms do not override any separate contractual rights or remedies you may have under an agreement with Voraty.

If you use the website for business purposes, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website to the extent permitted by law.

11

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies and your available choices.
