ACCESSIBILITY

Accessible by design.
Better for everyone.

Our approach to making the Voraty website easier to access, navigate and use, and how to tell us if something isn't working for you.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

We believe that everyone should be able to access useful information about the services we offer. This statement explains our accessibility aims, how to request help and how to report barriers.

01

Our commitment

Voraty Ltd wants its website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies or have visual, hearing, mobility or cognitive accessibility needs.

We aim to design and maintain our website with accessibility in mind. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for improvements. This statement is not a claim that the website has been independently audited or fully conforms to that standard.

02

Using this website

We aim to provide clear page structures, readable text, keyboard-operable controls and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes. You should be able to enlarge text using your browser and navigate many parts of the website without a mouse.

Accessibility can vary depending on your device, browser, settings and assistive technology. Some third-party services linked from our website may behave differently.

03

Accessibility features

The website uses headings and descriptive links to help visitors understand page content and move between sections. Where implemented, forms include visible labels and feedback to help visitors complete them.

You can use your browser's zoom, text-size and contrast options. Keyboard users can typically move between interactive elements with the Tab key and activate links or buttons using Enter or Space, as appropriate.

04

Known limitations

We have not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit of the live website. We therefore cannot confirm that every page, interactive feature or document meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Potential areas requiring further review include third-party forms or widgets, cookie preference controls, embedded media, image descriptions, keyboard focus behaviour and content supplied by external providers. This list identifies areas to check; it does not establish that a specific defect is present.

05

Third-party content and services

Some features may involve external websites or services, including WhatsApp and commercial providers. We do not control the accessibility of those external platforms.

If an external service prevents you from accessing information related to an enquiry, please contact us and we will try to offer an alternative route.

06

Alternative formats and assistance

If you cannot access information on this website, need it in another format or would prefer to discuss an enquiry directly, email jamie@voraty.co.uk.

Please tell us which page or information you need and what format or assistance would help. We will consider reasonable requests and respond as soon as practicable.

07

Report an accessibility issue

We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers. Please email jamie@voraty.co.uk with the page URL, a description of the issue and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the device, browser or assistive technology involved.

You do not need to disclose a disability or medical condition to report an issue. We will use the information you provide to investigate and prioritise improvements.

08

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As pages and features are developed or updated, we intend to review relevant issues, address identified barriers where reasonably possible and consider accessibility feedback.

We will update this statement when there are material changes to our accessibility approach or when further testing provides a clearer picture of conformance.
